Kc Martin

Kc Martin-Dickey joined Brain Corp as the Vice President of Human Resources in January 2025 and leads all functions of HR and Talent Management. With two decades of experience in human resources, she has a proven track record of navigating complex business transformations, fostering inclusive and innovative workplaces, and driving strategic initiatives that enhance both employee experience and business success.

Most recently, Kc served as VP of Human Resources for Full Swing Golf, a leading sports simulator and technology company, where she provided executive leadership in talent strategy, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. She oversaw HR initiatives that supported rapid business growth through M&A and internal expansion. Prior to Full Swing, Kc held various HR roles at larger organizations including Cobham, UCSD, Iron Mountain and HSBC.

Kc earned a Bachelors in Communication from San Diego State University and holds professional certifications, including Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI and Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM. She resides in San Diego with her husband and three kids.
