Andy Ng

Andy Ng joined Brain Corp in 2016 and serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.

Previously, Andy was the Founder and President of Invent Advisers, LLC, an intellectual property consulting company that worked with startups in San Diego, California. Andy developed his legal expertise at Knobbe Martens Olson & Bear LLP, and Vinson & Elkins LLP.

Andy earned his Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School and received his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering and Mathematics from Duke University.
