Allan An

As Vice President of Finance, Allan leads Brain Corp’s financial strategy and corporate services, overseeing long-range planning, capital management, and investor relations. Since joining the company, Allan has held key leadership positions where he has been instrumental in managing Brain Corp’s capital structure, leading successful fundraising efforts, and executing complex debt and equity transactions. His strategic oversight ensures the organization remains well-capitalized to scale its AI and robotics applications while maintaining a focus on operational efficiency and sustainable growth.

Prior to Brain Corp, Allan held pivotal leadership roles at global FinTech leader Kyriba, where he led global FP&A and managed financial due diligence for significant equity investments and strategic acquisitions. Earlier in his career, Allan served as a Senior Management Consultant at KPMG, where he worked on critical economic reform research in collaboration with the Development Research Center of the State Council of China. Throughout his career, he has navigated a myriad of complex transactions, supporting global expansion and organizational governance for high-growth technology companies.

Allan earned his MBA in Corporate Finance from Emory University and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). He also holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Plant Genetics/Molecular Biology. Transitioning from the laboratory to the boardroom, Allan began his journey as a trained scientist; today, he applies that same scientific rigor to analyzing market trends and driving financial innovation.
