Steve Altman

Steve Altman, former president and vice chairman of Qualcomm Incorporated, was a 15-year member of Qualcomm’s Executive Committee. During his tenure with Qualcomm, Altman provided direction and guidance on key initiatives across all areas of the business, as well as on overall company vision and strategy.

He led the creation of Qualcomm’s IP licensing strategy, which became a catalyst for the rapid worldwide growth of CDMA technology and the success of the Qualcomm Technology Licensing business. In his role with Brain Corporation, Altman will help develop the company’s licensing and royalty strategy.
