• In the case of an emergency, operators can now pause the cleaning run remotely from the BrainOS®

• Remote assist clearing allows users to resolve “path is blocked” assists remotely using the BrainOS® Mobile App. This feature is especially useful in situations where the obstacle, such as a forklift or a cart, was blocking the machine’s path but has since been removed.

• Access Control Option
  • Introduce Access Control in Settings, which allow flexibility in controlling how PIN is used on your machine. Provide a new option,  “None”, allowing operators to perform key tasks like Teaching, Autonomous Cleaning, and Clearing Assists without entering a PIN. Streamlining machine use for increased efficiency in less time.
• Simplified Language Setting:
  • Setting the language on the UI is now effortlessly accessible from the main screen. Multilingual users or non-English speakers can now operate the machines in their preferred language with ease.

  • Updated the PIN code screen to include a shortcut button for access to the Learning Center.

• Site Maps
  • Site Map creates a complete picture of the space where the robot is trained to clean. It’s a great tool to visualize operational data to understand: where routes are trained, where has been cleaned autonomously, and route history.
  • This new site level perspective of robot operations will be viewable in our BrainOS web Portal, Mobile App,  as well as digested into our Email Reports.  . The BrainOS web Portal will offer an interactive view to dive into each route – zoom, hide/show routes, review route history all in one place.

• Operator Memos
  • Targeted messages displayed directly from the touch screen of the robot.  Operator Memos serve as a way of providing tips, raising awareness, linking pictures or videos for training purposes, and help/support.

  • This new feature doubles the total number of autonomous cleaning routes available to you and your operators! It also simplifies operations by enabling operators to train and run up to 12 autonomous cleaning routes from a single Home Marker.
• Release Notes on UI
  • A brief description of key changes which could impact operator workflow will now appear on the UI for major BrainOS releases. Notes can also be found in the Settings > About > Release Notes menu.
• Route Sync*
  • Opt-in capability which enables sharing of routes between multiple machines for multi-machine sites and machine swaps.

• Under the hood improvement that will make localization more robust in dynamic environments and increase the reliability of dump/fill runs mid-route.

• Stop & Honk
  • Users now have the ability to teach a route with specific Stop & Honk points along the trained path.
  • The Stop & Honk feature enables the operator to control exactly where they want the robot to make a complete stop before proceeding.

  • The robot will stop in place at its trained position for 3 seconds after honking before continuing on its route.

• Area Fill
  • A new way to teach the machine where you want it to clean. Simply drive the machine around the perimeter of a space, then the machine will fill it in on its own.
  • Suited for larger, wide-open spaces.
• Route Label Keyboard for Alphanumeric languages
  • Operators will now be able to use the touchscreen to type in their own custom route labels using a QWERTY keyboard for alphanumeric languages.
• UI Controlled Beeping
  • Available within the settings menu, operators will be able to enable the machine to beep every 5 seconds in autonomy.
• Tap to Unlock & Joyride End-of-Route
  • New lock screen experience during operation that no longer hides useful assist information from operator view while maintaining touch screen security.
  • Prevents manual use of the machine once it has completed a route, or series of consecutive routes, until the security pin code is entered.

  • Ability to enable virtual fencing to restrict robot’s access navigating too far from the trained path. Off by default, and suitable for corridors (hospitals & schools).
