Job Posting Introduction:

Brain Corp is establishing a next-generation human resources department, and we are seeking innovative professionals to join our newly-forming HR team to help build and lead best-in-class HR support in all verticals. We are adding a strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to our team to lead recruiting efforts and help facilitate the expected growth of the organization. Our top candidates will come equipped with successful experience in building and streamlining recruiting processes, sourcing and building talent pipelines, optimizing ATS technology, tracking hiring metrics, training and leading hiring managers and teams in best-in-class recruiting, mentoring internal talent acquisition team members, and fostering diversity and inclusivity throughout all. As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will have an innovative, entrepreneurial approach to rapidly grow with the business. You will be a collaborative, dynamic leader who will establish and drive best-in-class recruiting strategies across the company.

Position Overview:

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager will partner with senior leadership team members and all hiring teams to develop and implement a premier, full cycle sourcing and recruiting process and annual hiring plan. The TA Manager will train and lead internal TA team members and hiring teams in the day-to-day execution of recruitment strategies and tactics in order to establish key performance metrics for the TA function and to drive consistent high quality and talented hires.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Develop, document, and implement premier, full cycle staffing processes for sourcing, screening, attracting, and hiring top quality candidates, using smart and cost-effective sourcing solutions
  • Develop and deliver TA training to all hiring teams and ensure adherence to set processes
  • Establish and maintain key performance metrics for the TA function
  • Lead and inspire a talent acquisition team members to deliver outstanding results
  • Partner with business leaders in workforce planning efforts that highlight the best ways to increase our applicant pools in support of our business needs
  • Partner with VP of HR in maintaining competitive compensation analysis and salary structure
  • Maintain the staffing plan and update status to ensure alignment with the business plans.
  • Lead community outreach efforts to support hiring objectives such as STEM events, job fairs, and networking opportunities
  • Implement and promote Diversity and Inclusion programs pertaining to TA
  • Optimize functionality and utilization of the Greenhouse Applicant Tracking Systems and train hiring managers and teams on utilization
  • Maintain relationships with and staffing agreements for all external recruiting partners
  • Drive and manage the candidate experience throughout the selection process including offer/acceptance and partner with other HR team members on new hire on-boarding
  • Stay informed and connected to external factors, trends, competition, and market conditions that impact our ability to attract quality hires
  • Other duties as performed

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline or equivalent training and experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of full cycle recruitment experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience leading teams in HR and/or TA
  • Travel 5% - 10%

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking software
